We value transparency. Please review our terms carefully before enrolling so you know exactly what to expect.

We Value Transparency - What to Know Before You Enroll

Before choosing a real estate course, it is important to review the school's terms and policies carefully. This helps you understand what to expect, including refund policies, class structure, and what support is available if you need more time.

Unfortunately, some programs make their policies difficult to find or unclear. Students only discover the details after enrolling, and by then, it may be too late.

We believe in complete transparency. Our policies are clear, straightforward, and aligned with how we actually teach and support our students.

We encourage you to compare our terms with any other real estate course in BC. The difference is in the details.

Terms and Policies

UBC Bulletins

  • Important course updates and revisions are posted on the UBC Course Resources Webpage.
  • Students are responsible for reviewing all information contained in these bulletins, including any updates to materials or assignments.

Electronic Devices

  • Audio recording, video recording, and photography are strictly prohibited in our in-person and online Zoom classrooms.
  • Violations will result in immediate expulsion without refund and may lead to legal action.
  • Please step outside the classroom if you need to take or return phone calls.

Reproduction of Materials

  • All course materials are copyrighted and trademarked.
  • Copying, teaching, selling, or distributing our materials in any form is strictly prohibited.
  • Any student found sharing or reproducing our content will be expelled without refund and prosecuted.

Refund Policy

Registered students may cancel their tutorial course and receive a full refund (less a 20% administration and processing fee) up to 15 full days prior to the first day of class.

Refund conditions

Within 15 days before the class start date

  • The course fee becomes non-refundable.
  • Students may register for another class within six months by paying 50% of the course fee.

If a student cancels or reschedules again

  • The second payment is also non-refundable.
  • The student may register for a third set of classes by paying the full course fee.

Once course materials or online training access are provided

  • The course fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether or not the class has started.

After the class begins

  • The course cannot be paused, deferred, or transferred to another date or person.
  • No refunds will be issued; however, students are eligible for a 50% discount on registration for a new class within the next six months.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment originally used.

Missed Classes

  • We understand that life happens, and occasionally you may need to miss a class. Whenever possible, we will do our best to help you reschedule a limited number of missed classes at no additional cost.
  • However, if you cannot commit 100% to attending your real estate classes and studying consistently at home, it may not be the right time to register. We kindly ask that you wait until you can fully commit before enrolling.
  • If you anticipate irregular attendance, have limited availability, or cannot dedicate a few hours per day to study until you pass the real estate exam, we strongly recommend postponing your registration until your schedule allows for success.
  • We invest time, energy, and personal attention into helping our students succeed. In return, we expect the same level of commitment, focus, and determination from every student.
  • Our programs are designed for individuals who are serious, motivated, and ready to achieve their real estate license goal.

Course Repeats

  • We focus on helping you move forward when you are ready, not rushing you into the final exam.
  • After completing your full mock exam, if you feel you need more time or additional review, you are welcome to repeat the classes again at no additional cost.
  • As part of this support, your access to the online training materials will also be extended by an additional 2 months.
  • Our goal is not to keep students in the system longer than necessary, but to ensure you are properly prepared before writing the UBC real estate exam.
  • You are not here to become a lifetime student, you are here to get licensed and start your career with confidence.

Payment Methods

  • All fees are fully payable upon registration.
  • Payments may be made by cash, e-transfer, or credit card via PayPal (online registration only).
  • We stand behind the quality of our program and the support we provide. Our policies are designed to reflect that commitment, clear, fair, and focused on helping you succeed.

Access to Online Training

  • Access is provided exclusively to registered. We do not sell online access separately.
  • If a student shares access credentials with others, this privilege will be revoked immediately, and the student will be expelled without refund.
  • Access is available for six months from the date of your first class. If access is granted earlier, that additional time is considered a bonus and does not count toward the 12 weeks.
  • If you withdraw from the course or repeatedly postpone or reschedule classes, your online access will be terminated immediately.
  • Missing the mock exam class will not extend your access period. Registering early simply gives you more time to prepare.
  • Additional conditions may apply to complimentary online materials.

Course Support and Exam Readiness Policy

  • We do not push students to write the UBC real estate exam before they are ready.
  • After completing all twelve classes and your full mock exam, you will have a clear understanding of your readiness level.
  • If you feel confident, you can proceed to write the exam.
  • If you do not feel ready, you are welcome to repeat the classes again at no additional cost to strengthen your understanding before writing.
  • As part of this support, your access to the online training materials will also be extended by an additional 2 months, giving you more time to review and prepare.
  • We strongly recommend writing the UBC exam within a reasonable timeframe after completing your course, while the material is still fresh.

Additional Support After Writing the Exam

  • If you choose to write the UBC real estate exam and do not pass, you are welcome to attend the classes one more time at no additional cost, regardless of whether you previously repeated the course or not.
  • Your access to the online training materials will also be reset to 3 months, to support your continued preparation.

To qualify

  • You must write the exam within 3 months of your most recent class.
  • You must notify us and restart your classes immediately after receiving your result.
  • Provide your exam performance or assessment report immediately.

Our goal is to support you at every stage so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and the right preparation.

Program Duration and Access Policy

All course access, class attendance, repeats, and support are valid for 6 months from the start date of your first class.

  • Within this period, students may attend their scheduled classes, complete the mock exam, repeat the program if needed, and access study materials.
  • Students are responsible for progressing through the program in a timely manner. Missed or postponed classes do not extend the 6-month period.
  • After 6 months, all access expires. Continued access, including classes, repeats, and online materials, requires re-enrollment at the full course fee.

Note: The above terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
